Warning
1. Do not ALLOW the clamps to come into contact with each other so as to avoid short-circuit. Otherwise battery can be damaged.
2. Make sure the red clamp is attached to the positive battery terminal and the black clamp to the negative terminal. REVERSE POLARITY can cause spark and may damage the battery and also the electrical system of the car.
3. ALWAYS keep the battery fully charged. To increase the life of the battery, ALWAYS recharge the unit after use. NEVER leave the battery in a discharged state for a period of time or else may damage the battery.
4. When not in use, recharge the unit every one to three months.
5. This unit is not waterproof.
